Subscription Costs

Costs depend upon the type of organisation you are, and the number of licences you would like to purchase. We offer a discount to voluntary and community organisations. This excludes universities, hospitals, councils and other statutory funded organisations.

Number of licences - This website is accessible by password and can be used on any computer with Internet access. However a different licence is needed for each user. Therefore an organisation with only one individual using the site will require one licence, regardless of whether they have access to the site at home and various offices. Similarly an organisation may have multiple individuals who use the website, but just from one office computer which would constitute one licence. The number of licences required is the maximum number of different computers that could be using the website at any moment in time, or rather whichever is smaller between potential computers which can use the site and potential individuals with access.

How to pay

You will be directed to a payment page with all payment options after submitting your basic details.

Payment of the annual subscription fee can be completed online, and once completed; you will be able to log on to the site immediately (please note that you must pay by credit or debit card to subscribe online). Organisations can also submit payment by post, phone or fax.
