Contribute to the 'Duty to Involve' Survey

Urban Forum is carrying out a research project looking at the new ‘duty to consult, inform and involve' (also known as the ‘duty to involve') among local authorities.

The aim of this work is to find out how local authorities are meeting their requirements under the duty, to understand what good practice exists, what is preventing good practice, and to identify what support people need to participate in local decision-making. This initial survey specifically explores awareness of the duty, how local authorities are putting the duty into practice, barriers to involvement, and support needed.

The survey is mainly tick boxes and should only take few minutes to complete, the deadline for response is 7th August.
