Lottery £1.5m promotes voices and choices of young people - Thursday, 19 January 2006

Projects that promote the voices of children and young people, ensuring they are involved in all matters that affect their lives, are set to share in more than £1.5 million from the Big Lottery Fund.

Across England, young people are starting the year on a high thanks to this latest round of awards from the Young People's Fund programme. The programme will distribute £40 million of lottery cash to groups working with young people in England over the next two years.
