The council website is easy to use, with information well sign-posted from the homepage.

Clear information is given on the grant programme running, including funding criteria and advice on submitting an application, guidance notes and application procedures, as well as details of the local compact.

The Community Development Team, who manage the corporate small grants programme, were also very helpful in dealing with our enquiry.

What is the DSC Funder Rating?

We need your help

Our ratings are by no means a final verdict, just a starting point to begin discussions about the voluntary sector’s experience of government funders. We are inviting all subscribers to share their experiences and contribute to the DSC Funder Rating. If you can help, please email us at ratings@governmentfunding.org.uk.
